To apply for a position you will need to initially submit the following documents:

Resume/CV/Bio-data
2.
Copy of your valid Passport
3.
Copy of your Educational Certificates
4.
Copy of your Work Experience Certificates
You have the option to send these documents as attachments to an email sent to recruitment@lightandhopeph.com or you can send the documents by Mail (or) in person at: As we often receive a large number of applications for any given position, you may not hear from us again until two or three weeks after we receive your application. If, after applying for a position, you have not heard from us within three weeks please email recruitment@lightandhopeph.com.
Step 2: Interview Process
If your skills and experience look suitable for a current opening, we will be in touch with you to arrange an interview or interviews with the interested company so they can get to know you better- and so you can get to know them!. You will most likely go through an interview with the employer over the telephone or via webcam. L&H will arrange the interview for you. We will inform you about the interview in advance (or) sometimes in shorter notice.
Step 3: Job Offer
If you are successful in becoming the preferred candidate, please bear in mind that we do not present verbal offers - your offer of employment with them wil be made via a written employment agreement, which will be sent through us by the interested company. As soon as we recieve the Job Offer letter we will contact you immediately so we can release a copy of the Job Offer letter to you .
Step 4: Work Permit and Visa
After the issuance of job offer letter, we will apply and obtain a Work Permit for you. It will take about 2 to 4 weeks to get a decision on your work permit application. You must have the Work Permit before you can apply for Entry Clearance Visa. Up on successful outcome of your Work Permit application, we will collect your original Work permit. Once you have paid the service fee, we will send your original job offer letter and work permit to you. Then you have to go to the nearest Embassy (or) Consulatee to submit Entry Clearance Visa Application form. If your visa application is accepted, your Passport will be stamped with Entry Clearance Visa. We will give you complete information on how to prepare and submit your visa application.
